Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

This policy describes what information Street Ledger ("we", "us") collects when you use the Street Ledger iOS app or this website (streetledger.tech), why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the app, we never sell your data, and you can delete your account — and everything tied to it — from inside the app at any time.

Information we collect

What we do NOT collect

How we use information

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Data is processed by the service providers that run our infrastructure — Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, analytics) and Apple (App Store billing) — under their own privacy commitments, and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & deletion

Your account data and search history are kept while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account), which permanently removes your profile, search history, and subscription records from our systems. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — manage that in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Google Firebase with access rules that restrict your data to your own account. Subscription entitlements are verified server-side using Apple's signed transactions.

Children

Street Ledger is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
