Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Street Ledger iOS application and the streetledger.tech website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What Street Ledger is — and isn't

Street Ledger presents aggregated institutional-ownership data derived from public 13F filings for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors inherited from the underlying filings or data providers; you should independently verify anything you rely on. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store terms. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or systematically extract data from the Service.

3. Accounts

You can browse the free picks without an account. If you create an account, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account).

4. Subscriptions

• Street Ledger Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription (USD 4.99/month, or the local price shown in the App Store) that unlocks insights for every supported U.S. ticker.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Street Ledger account does not cancel the subscription.
• The free-pick tickers remain free regardless of subscription status. The list of free tickers is dynamic and may change at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to bypass subscription entitlements, probe or overload our infrastructure, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability & changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including the free-pick list and features) at any time. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Street Ledger and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits or trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; Sections 1, 5, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@streetledger.tech.
